Includes one (1) 1000 watt outlet per booth.
MIDWAY EXHIBIT AREA - Please reserve a total of ________________ midway spots @ $1295.00 each. Midway spots include enough space for an average RV. You may live aboard. Includes (1) 1000 watt electric hookup, water and a honey wagon dumps your holding tanks. (Length of RV in feet) ______________
MAXI MIDWAY SPOT - Please reserve a total of _______________ Maxi Midway spots @ $1180.00 ea. Maxi Midway spots are a 10'x20' canopy with carpeting at entrances on North & South sides of main exhibit area of tent and include (1) 1000 watt electrical outlet.
MINI MIDWAY SPOT - Please reserve a total of _______________ Mini Midway spots @ $770.00 ea. Mini Midway spots are a 10'x10' canopy with carpeting at entrances on East & West ends of main exhibit area on tent and include (1) 1000 watt electrical outlet.

I understand that this is an application only and that actual booth assignment will take place at a later date. Application is subject to acceptance and approval by Promoter. Management will make final layout of all midway spots.
I understand that a 50% deposit is required on all booth, midway exhibit space, service/installation areas and campsites and is due with this application. Please find enclosed our check# _________________ in the amount of $
____________________.I also understand that this deposit will not be refunded after November 1, 2006 and any reduction in my initial space request, after November 1, 2006, will result in a penalty of 100% of the original space cost. I also understand that any exhibit space reserved prior to November 1, 2006 with an outstanding balance after December 15th will be considered "canceled" and all deposits will be forfeited. All oustanding balances are due by November 1st, 2006. All applications received after November 1st must be paid in full at time application is made.
