Quartzsite Sports, Vacation & RV Show Sponsorship Program
We have three levels of sponsorships and a limit of 11 sponsors per show. The benefits of these programs are extensive and will make your company's name, or products, stand out from the rest of the pack! The sponsorship programs include a FREE ad in 20,000 copies of our show programs that are distributed at our gates, plus 20,000 pieces of your literature will be included if you so desire. Additional banner advertising during the show and a prominant HOME PAGE web site pressance @ www.quartzsitervshow.com make for an extrordinary opportunity!
PLATINUM LEVEL
1. Listed as primary sponsor for the show. Sponsor will also be encouraged to supply prize to be given away in a drawing that will be promoted along with sponsor's name and/or logo in all press releases and other media. Show attendees will fill out entry forms and the list will be available to sponsor after the show for solicitation purposes.
2. Sponsor’s logo will be the largest to appear on cover of the show program.
3. Sponsor gets 1 (one) full page, color ad in show program. 20,000 show programs will be distributed at gates.
4. Sponsor’s logo will appear on overhead banners at all four show entrances.
5. Sponsor will have largest logo on 20,000 goody bags to be handed out at gates.
6. Sponsor may include 20,000 inserts in goody bags. There is no weight restriction within reason.
7. Sponsor will have their company's logo with a link to their web site from www.quartzsitervshow.com and will be placed in the top position in the sponsorship area.
8. There will be only 1 (one) Platinum Level Sponsor. Participation is $7500.00.
GOLD LEVEL
1. Listed as sponsor for the show. Sponsor will also be encouraged to supply prize to be given away in a drawing that will be promoted along with sponsor's name and/or logo in all press releases and other media. Show attendees will fill out entry forms at kiosk/sponsorship table, and the list will be available to sponsor after the show for solicitation purposes.
2. Sponsor’s logo (smaller than Platinum) on cover of the show program.
3. Sponsor gets 1 (one) half page, color ad in show program. 20,000 show programs will be distributed at gates.
4. Sponsor's logo on goody bag. (smaller logo than Platinum) 20,000 goody bags to be handed out at gates.
5. Sponsor may include 20,000 inserts in goody bags. The insert can be up to 4 pages. ( 2 pages front & back)
6. Sponsor gets one (1) Midway Exhibit Area overhead banner.
7. Sponsor will have their company's logo with a link to their web site from www.quartzsitervshow.com and will be placed in the second position in the sponsorship area.
There will be only 4 Gold Level Sponsors. Participation is $4500.00.
SILVER LEVEL
1. Sponsor will also be encouraged to supply prize to be given away in a drawing that will be promoted along with sponsor's name and/or logo in all press releases and other media. Show attendees will fill out entry forms at kiosk/sponsorship table, and the list will be available to sponsor after the show for solicitation purposes.
2. Sponsor gets 1 (one) third page, color ad in show program. 30,000 show programs will be distributed at gates.
3. Sponsor may include 20,000 inserts in goody bags. The insert is limited to one (1) page front & back.
4. Sponsor may have up to eight (8) banners up to 3' x 10' to be placed along fencing at all 4 entrances. (Sponsor supplies banners)
5. Sponsor will have their company's logo with a link to their web site from www.quartzsitervshow.com and will be placed in the third position in the sponsorship area.
There will be only 6 Silver Level Sponsors. Participation is $3000.00.
