We distribute 20,000 show programs at our gates, stuffed inside our FREE goody bags, along with our sponsors' advertising inserts. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your message to your "target audience"! Unlike most RV shows, 95% of the people that pass through our gates own an RV and the majority of those use their RVs 3-6 months a year.

Any technical questions regarding acceptable formats, sizes, etc. should be directed to Glenn Huffer. His e-mail address is  listed below.  PRODUCTION CHARGES
All work done by Glenn Huffer including artwork, typesetting, image
scanning, resizing of ads to meet required specifications, changes or
deletions, and all other extra work required to meet our quality standards
will be charged to advertiser at prevailing rates plus applicable sales
tax. Publisher is not liable for errors in key numbers or in other type
set by Publisher.

  ALL SPONSORS

All sponsors will have a link to their web site from www.quartzsitervshow.com. Please e-mail a copy of your logo or the image you would like to use in a .jpg format along with your web site’s address to Kenny King @  kenny@quartzsitervshow.com or call 800-969-5464 X2.

All sponsors may include an insert in the 20,000 Goody Bags distributed with the Show Program at the gates. All inserts for the Goody Bag program must be received by January 8th.  Please make sure that all shipments are plainly marked or labeled "GOODY BAG INSERTS FOR (insert sponsor‘s name)". If you are shipping individual boxes, make sure every box/label is marked. If you are shipping pallets, each box does not have to be marked, just make sure the pallet is shrink wrapped or bound and marked plainly "GOODY BAG INSERTS FOR (insert sponsor‘s name)"

 PLATINUM SPONSOR

You will have your company’s logo placed on the cover of the Show Program and on all Goody Bags. You will also have a small article included in the Show Program. Contact Glenn Huffer regarding the logo format and how much editorial space you will have available as soon as possible and no later than Dec. 10th..

You will also have banners above all four main entrances to the show. The banners are 18’ wide by 3’ high. We can place your logo and some text on these banners however keep in mind that with the height restriction, your logo will be restricted in size. We find that large text in more effective. Please contact me with your ideas as soon as possible so that we can work out the final product as early as possible. (Refer to info for Accent Signs and banner specs below the "Gold Level Sponsors" paragraph)

 GOLD SPONSORS

You will have your company’s logo placed on the cover of the Show Program and on all Goody Bags.

You will also have one (1) two-sided banners that extend across the Midway selling area. The banner is 20’ wide by 3' high. SILVER SPONSORS

You may have up to 8 banners (sponsor supplies banners) that we will mount on each side of the four (4) main entrances to the show. The banners can be up to 3' high and 10’ wide and should have grommets around the perimeter for mounting on fence. All banners must be received in Quartzsite by January 8th

Please make sure that all boxes are plainly marked or labeled "BANNERS FOR (insert sponsor‘s name)"

 Do not ship via US Mail. Please ship all materials via UPS, FED/EX or common carrier only and remember that Quartzsite is in a very rural area and delivery usually takes longer than more populated areas of Arizona.
