Above are photos of the Midway selling area that surrounds the 700' main structure. The aisles are 25' wide and the standard Midway exhibit spaces are 20' deep by the length of your RV or exhibit. This exhibit space does not include room for stock trailers. We have a FREE stock trailer parking area adjacent to the main show grounds. You also will notice the red & white structures on the left & right sides of the Midway. These are available for rent during the show. Above is a photo of a 20' x 40' rental structure. All rental structures include side walls and electrical outlet. Turf type carpeting is optional. Above is a photo of our Service Bays. The Service Bays are the multi colored and white topped canopies you see in the photo. They are 20' wide by 40' deep with 12' high side walls to allow your service people to work under a protected area. Each service bay includes one 1000 watt electrical outlet. You will see a motor home staged on the left in front of the Service Bay area waiting for their appointment. We supply a staging area so that your next customer can be ready to go upon completion of your current job. Exhibitors typically line up installation or service appointments at their exhibit space on the main show grounds. You can see the main structure in the top left hand corner of the photo to get an idea of the distance the Service Bays are from the main show grounds.
Above is a photo that shows our Exhibitor Campsites. They are in the right upper side of the photo. This is our North Campground and is situated right outside the North Gate. All campsites are supplied with very basic electrical service (1000 watts) and mobile sewage and gray water disposal. Some campsites will be connected to permanent water supply. Others are filled manually, depending on your location. Location of campsites depend upon when you arrive for check-in and what type of vehicle you are driving, You will notice a row of RVs along the fence line, behind the Midway selling area. Typically we try to put the larger Class A motor home in this area as they are easier to maneuver in and out of these spots. We put most of the large 5th wheels and trailers in the North Campground as it is much easier to get them in and out. We also place any exhibitors that will need to vacate their campsites before the show ends in this area. We have an additional Exhibitor Campsite area on the Southern side of our property that are out of the frame. These campsites are used by our temporary staff and then filled with exhibitor vehicles.
Above is a 10' x 10' "in-line" booth which means not-a-corner. You have exhibitors on both sides of your booth. A 10 x 10 booth consists of 2 - 3' side walls and an 8' back drop. All curtains are hung from pipes and back wall will support a banner or other light weight materials. All booths are carpeted with astro turf and include one (1) electrical outlet. Above is a 10' x 10' "corner" booth which means you will only have another exhibitor on one side of your booth and you have two 10' openings to sell from if you choose to drop the 3' side curtain on the aisle. A 10 x 10 corner booth consists of 2 - 3' side walls and an 8' back drop. All curtains are hung from pipes and back wall will support a banner or other light weight materials. All booths are carpeted with astro turf and include one (1) electrical outlet. Telephone service is available for all exhibit areas. On the East and West ends of the main structure we added twelve (12) 10' x 10' canopies on either side of the three entrances. Each canopy is carpeted with astro turf and includes an electrical outlet. Telephone service is available for all exhibit areas. A Maxi Midway spot is located on either side of the entrances to the main structure on the north and south sides. There are a total of 6 entrances which means there are 12 of the exhibit spots available. They are covered with a 10' x 20' canopy, carpeted with astro turf and include one (1) electrical outlet. As you can see from the photos, you have 20' of frontage where people walk in and out of that particular entrance and 10' of selling space open to the Midway Exhibit area.
