10th Annual Hobby, Craft & Gem Show EXHIBIT SPACE APPLICATION JANUARY 31st THRU February 4th, 2007 INSIDE EXHIBIT AREA - Please reserve a total of _______________ 10’ x 10’ in-line booths @ $295.00 each and/or __________________ 10’ x 10’ corner booths @ $395.00 each. Includes one (1) 500 watt outlet per booth.MIDWAY EXHIBIT AREA - Please reserve a total of ________________ midway spots @ $495.00 each. Midway spots include enough space for an average RV. You may live aboard. Includes (1) 1000 watt electric hookup, water and a honey wagon dumps your holding tanks. (Length of RV in feet) ____________
MAXI MIDWAY SPOT - Please reserve a total of _______________ Maxi Midway spots @ $295.00 ea. Maxi Midway spots are a 10'x20' canopy with carpeting at entrances on North & South sides of main exhibit area in tent and include (1) 500 watt electrical outlet.
EXHIBITOR CAMPSITES - Please reserve a total of _____________ campsites @ $150.00 each. Campsite includes (1) 1000 watt electric outlet, water and honey wagon service. (Length of RV in feet) ____________
I understand that this is an application only and that actual booth assignment will take place at a later date. Application is subject to acceptance and approval by Promoter. Management will make final layout of all midway spots.
I understand that a 50% deposit is required on all booth, midway exhibit space, service/installation areas and campsites and is due with this application. Please find enclosed our check# ______________ in the amount of $
_______________.I also understand that this deposit will not be refunded after November 1, 2006 and any reduction in my initial space request, after November 1, 2006, will result in a penalty of 100% of the original space cost. I also understand that any exhibit space reserved prior to November 1, 2006 with an outstanding balance after December 15th will be considered "canceled" and all deposits will be forfeited. All balances are due by November 1st, 2006. All applications received after November 1st must be paid in full at time application is made.
