2011 Car Show Participants,
Thanks for your participation at our 2011 show. Below are some guidelines, directions and instructions regarding check-in at the show. Please go over them prior to your arrival to help us make it as easy as possible, for us and you, to get you and your fantastic cars into the show.
Please note! Exhibit space inside the BIG TOP and under our outside structures is LIMITED and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We CANNOT guarantee that you will be parked inside. All overflow vehicles will be parked just outside the East and West ends of the car areas of the main structure, not under canopies, but you will be on carpeting. If this is not agreeable, please contact me immediately for a full refund @ 800-969-5464 X121.
Direction to Show Grounds Take I-10 to either of the two Quartzsite exits and turn North. This turns into Main Street. Follow Main to the traffic signal at Hwy 95. Turn South and go back over the freeway. Go through the next light at Kuehnn Road and proceed about 300 yards. Look for the big yellow RV Show, Craft Show and Car Show billboard on your right. (There are also two, 3 stories tall, yellow elephants. Trust me!) Follow our signs, or directions from one of our staff members, to check-in.
We will start checking in cars on Friday, February 4th after 10:00 AM. Check in Saturday and Sunday, Feb 5th and Feb 6th will start at 8:00 AM. The show will be open to the public at 9 AM so we would appreciate you’re being there as early as possible.
Dry Campsites
We will be supplying FREE dry campsites for car owners and their guests during the show. You will be assigned a spot near the show grounds upon your arrival and check-in. We do not allow any dry-camping, exhibitor or otherwise, in our parking lot.
Campsites with Hook-ups
If you would like electric, (30 AMPS) sewer service and water, the charge is $50.00. You may move in on Friday and depart on Monday.
Move In
Cars that will be left in place for both days will be given priority inside the main structure. If you will need to remove your car prior to closing time either day, please let us know at check-in so that we can position your car accordingly. For any clubs or groups that want to be parked together inside the main structure, please arrive together so that we can move you in together. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your needs! If your members would like to park together in one of our peripheral structures, call me with the number of vehicles and I’ll try to reserve your spot.
Awards
We will be presenting awards in at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 6th. We will hold the ceremonies in one of the canopies on the North Midway. We will make an announcement on the PA as to the final location prior to the awards ceremony.
Thanks again for your participation. Please keep your "PAID" invoice as your receipt and bring it with you to the check-in office. The invoice will be needed to pick up your T-shirt/s at the show. Our office phone number during the show is (928) 927-6888.
