Please note! Although we increased the tent by 40% this year, we still have a limited amount of exhibit area under the main structure and peripheral tents during the show. Dear 2006 Car Show Participants,

Thanks for your participation at our 2006 show. Below are some guidelines, directions and instructions regarding check-in at our show in February. Please go over them prior to your arrival to help us make it as easy as possible to get you and your cars into the show.

Check In – We will start checking in cars on Friday, February 3rd after 10:00 AM. Check in Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 4th & 5th, will start at 8:00 AM. The show will be open to the public at 9 AM so we would appreciate you’re being there as early as possible.

Dry Campsites We will be supplying FREE dry campsites for car owners during the 2006 show. You will be assigned a spot near the show grounds upon your arrival and check-in. We do not allow any camping, exhibitor or otherwise, in our public parking lot. There are services available as described on the application.

Campsites with Hook-ups - If you would like very basic electric (Please be advised that this is only 1000 watts. Will; not run A/C's, electric heaters, coffee pots, large microwave ovens, etc.) Sewer and water service (mobile) the charge is $50.00 and you may move on your spot Friday and depart on Monday.

Move In – Cars that will be left in place for both days will be given priority inside the main structure. We'll do our best to get those cars that are "drivers" inside, however we need to make sure that we can get your cars in and out safely at closing time. If you will need to remove your car prior to closing time either day, please let us know at check-in so that we can position you in one of the peripheral structures. For any clubs or groups that want to be displayed together, please contact us in advance with the number of cars to participate and try to arrive together so that we can move you in together. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your needs!

Awards – We will be presenting awards in at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 5th. We will hold the ceremonies  on the North Midway in one of the tents near the center of the main structure.

Direction to Show grounds – Take I-10 to the Quartzsite exit and turn North. This turns into Main Street. Follow Main to the signal at Hwy 95. Turn South and go back over freeway. You'll see the huge tent to your right from the overpass. Go through the stop light and proceed about 1/4 mile. Look for our big white billboard!  Follow signs to check-in. Map of area.
